Terms of Reference

The Terms of Reference (ToR) for the EIA was in 2017 approved for both an onshore- and offshore- focused mining operation. However, in the course of the development of the Dundas Ilmenite Project was this changed by Dundas Titanium A/S to only focus on an onshore mining operation. This is also reflected in the October 2018 Addendum to the ToR.
